Every search begins with your household.
Every search with Mayfair begins with an initial consultation by phone or email to understand your household’s needs, position responsibilities, schedule, and preferences. Following the consultation, we provide the applicable onboarding documents for completion and signature. Once the completed materials are reviewed, the referral process begins.
What to Expect
Candidate Introductions
We introduce candidates for consideration based on the position details and preferences provided by the client. Clients independently review, interview, evaluate, and make all final hiring decisions.
Placement Fees
Placement fees become due when a candidate is hired or engaged, as provided in the applicable Service Agreement. Complete fee terms and payment options are provided during the onboarding process.
Trial Period
Full-Time and Part-Time placements include a Trial Period under the selected Service Plan. Temporary placements do not include a Trial Period. Applicable terms and timelines are outlined in the Service Agreement.
Guarantee
During the applicable Guarantee Period, Mayfair provides replacement search services for the original position, schedule, and location, subject to the Service Agreement.
Our Placement Process
From your first conversation through placement, we coordinate each stage of the referral process while you remain in control of all hiring decisions.
Client Consultation
Reach out by phone or email to discuss your household’s needs, position parameters, schedule, preferences, and how our referral process works.
Onboarding Documents
Following the consultation, we provide the Employer Application, including the Job Details form, and the applicable Service Agreement for completion and signature.
Introducing Candidates
We introduce candidate profiles based on the position details and preferences you provide. You review each candidate and let us know whom you would like to interview.
Scheduling Interviews
We coordinate interview scheduling between you and the candidates based on mutual availability. Interviews may be conducted by telephone, video, or in person.
Scheduling Trials
For Full-Time and Part-Time placements where a trial applies, we assist with coordinating the agreed dates and logistics. Temporary placements do not include a Trial Period.
The Hiring Process
Once you select a candidate, Mayfair assists with communicating the agreed start date and coordinating placement logistics. The hiring decision remains entirely yours.
After Placement
Applicable Guarantee and replacement search terms are provided in the Service Agreement and selected Service Plan.
